First you will receive a one on one virtual, video consultation with one of our trainers.
Next you will receive a customized workout plan and eating plan that you will be able to access by logging in to our website.
You will also be able to login to our website and track your progress so your trainer can monitor your results and give you constant feedback.
You will get access to our library of training videos that will give you instruction on proper workout techniques in order to ensure maximum effect and to avoid injury. There will also be video to instruct you on proper eating and nutrition.
You will receive a monthly, virtual video call with your trainer to assess your progress as well as go over any concerns. You will also be able to contact your trainer at any time to receive instruction as needed.
